Sydney Miller was born and raised in New York City, where she developed the resilience, grit and ambition that would shape her life.
She began her career in the classroom as a high school English teacher in New Orleans, but her true calling led her into the world of elite fitness and performance coaching.
Over the past 12 years, she has coached all over the world for some of the industry's leading fitness brands, from SoulCycle in Los Angeles to Platform Studios in Dubai, where she served as Head of Fitness.
But boxing changed everything.
What started as a physical pursuit became a path back to herself. Through boxing's discipline, Sydney built a proud 5–1 amateur record and discovered a deeper kind of strength — one rooted not just in physical power, but in courage, clarity and self-trust.
Her experience led her to one of boxing’s biggest stages, working in Amanda Serrano’s training camp for the historic Madison Square Garden fight—the first women’s boxing main event in the arena’s history.
Sydney now divides her time between Brooklyn and Puerto Rico, where she hosts transformational all-women’s boxing retreats designed to help women reconnect with their strength, confidence and inner fighter.
Now, as a soon-to-be mother, her mission has evolved.
Sydney specializes in elite training and nutrition for women in transformative seasons of life—including pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
HER PHILOSOPHY
creating both safety and courage, helping women to strengthen their bodies, sharpen their minds and develop deep self-trust through every chapter of life.
Because fitness isn’t just about how you look.
It’s about how you fight for yourself.
